A BIAS CURRENT REFERENCE CIRCUIT HAVING A SUBSTANTIALLY ZERO TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT Abstract A bias current reference circuit having a reference voltage portion and a reference current portion for providing a bias current which is established by a .DELTA.?BE of two bipolar transistors. Two resistors of differing temperature coefficient are used in the reference current portion and have a weighted summed temperature coefficient which substantially equals the temperature coefficient of the .DELTA.?BE voltage. As a result, the temperature coefficient of the circuit is near zero.
