BIAS CUTTER FEEDER AND LETOFF TRUCK ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A letoff truck (11) having wheels (39) for rolling the truck (11) to and from the bias cutter feeder (10) is releasably connected to the feeder (10) for movement of the truck (11) with the feeder (10) during angular adjustment the feeder (10) for a desired bias angle setting. The truck (11) is also mounted for transverse movement relative to the feeder (10) to compensate for deviations in the position of the edge (53) of the goods (12) conveyed from the letoff truck (11) to the feeder (10). Adjustment of the feeder angle about a pivot axis (37) to provide the desired bias angle setting is provided by a powered sprocket (59) mounted on the feeder (10) and positioned between idler sprockets (66,67). The sprockets (59,66,67) are engageable with a chain member (63) extending between the ends of a transverse track on which one end of the feeder (10) is supported by rollers (34). When the desired feeder position is obtained the feeder (10) may be positively locked in that position.
