A bicycle coupling apparatus includes a tubular body having a first end and a second end. The first end of the tubular body attaches to a front of a bicycle being towed. The second end of the tubular body to a rear of a bicycle doing the towing. The tubular body includes a plurality of tubular sections. The tubular sections are telescopically movable during towing between an extended position and a retracted position to reduce jarring that would otherwise be experienced by a child positioned on the bicycle being towed.
