Abstract of the Disclosure A handlebar grip is described for the drop portion of a racing bicycle handlebar. The grip includes a flexible elongated body for fitting over the handlebar. An enlarged palm and thumb cheek support member formed integrally with the elongated body having a wall that extends upward and outward over the elongated body. A vibration absorbing means is pro- vided intermediate the wall and the elongated body for minimiz- ing the transmission of vibration from the handlebar to the palm of the hand.
