A apparatus for supporting a bicycle on a fixture, comprising: an arcuate arm adapted to extend from a first surface of the fixtu re to an opposing second surface of the fixture, the distal ends o f the arcuate arm having blunt tips for non-penetrating contact wi th both the first surface and the opposing second surface of the f fixture; a first elongated support member fixedly attached and extending fr om a distal end of the arcuate arm, the first elongated support me tuber having a bracket adapted for receiving and carrying a portion of a bicycle being supported; and a second elongated support member having a first end adapted to mo unt upon a support means fixedly attached to the fixture, and a se cond end adapted to detachably support the first elongated support member.
