A bicycle lift and storage to allow the hanging of two bicycles near the ceiling using winches that spin ropes that hook bicycles. The bicycle lift and storage-rack includes a tubular frame fixed to the floor, wall and ceiling, having at the upper end a perpendicular tube with 4 pulleys, two at the bigining, one in the middle and one at the end. Two winches are fixed to the up right tube, one over another. Each winch rolls a rope that goes up to the first pulley, then go horizontal to the pulley at the end of the perpendicular tube ( or middle, for the second bicycle ), and go down and hook a bicycle. Once the bicycles are hooked, they will be lifted up or brought down spinning the winches, which get locked automatically in all positions.
