ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A bicycle parking and storage rack that is designed to receive one or more bicycles in vertical position. Locking means permit the frame and front and rear wheels of a bicycle to be secured to the rack and include a pivotable means to selectively open and close the upper locking means. The rack according to the invention occupies a minimum of space and can be conveniently mounted on a wall or the like, or in a radial arrangement to accommodate up to ten bicycles.
