A bicycle shock absorbing arrangement in which a hollow revolving shaft is revolvably mounted in the barrel-like bottom bracket of the bicycle to hold the bottom bracket bearing axle to hold the front end of the chain stays of the bicycle, two locating rings are welded to two opposite ends of the hollow revolving shaft to prohibit it from axial movement relative to the bottom bracket.
