The invention relates to novel 6-membered bicyclic compounds of general formula (I) Ra-Het-A-Ar-Rb, wherein Ra, Rb, A, Ar and Het have the meanings given in claim 1, their tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures and salts and especially their physiologically compatible salts with inorganic or organic acids or bases, with valuable properties. The compounds of general formula (I) above wherein Rb stands for a cyano group represent valuable intermediate products for producing the other compounds of general formula (I) above and the compounds of general formula (I) above wherein Rb represents one of the following amidino groups and their tautomers and stereoisomers have valuable pharmacological properties, especially an anti-thrombitic effect.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux bicyclènes hexagonaux de la formule générale (I) R¿a?-Het-A-Ar-R¿b?, dans laquelle R¿a?, R¿b?, A, Ar et Het sont définis tels que dans la revendication 1, leurs tautomères, leurs stéréoisomères, leurs mélanges et leurs sels, notamment leurs sels physiologiquement tolérables avec des acides ou des bases inorganiques ou organiques, lesquels présentent de précieuses caractéristiques. Les composés de la formule générale (I) précitée, dans lesquels R¿b? représente un groupe cyano, constituent des produits intermédiaires précieux pour la préparation des composés restants de la formule générale (I), et les composés de la formule générale (I) précitée, dans lesquels R¿b? représente l'un des groupes amidino suivants, ainsi que leurs tautomères et leurs stéréoisomères présentent des propriétés pharmacologiques précieuses, notamment un effet antithrombotique.
