Disclosed are: a compound represented by the general formula (I); and others. (I) wherein A1 and A2 independently represent a nitrogen atom or a methine group which may be substituted; the ring B represents a 5- to 7-membered aliphatic ring or a spiro or bicyclo ring formed by the aliphatic ring and a 3- to 7-membered aliphatic ring which is different from the aforementioned aliphatic ring; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group which may be substituted or an aryl, aralkyl or heteroaryl group which may be substituted; R2 represents an aryl, aralkyl or heteroaryl group which may be substituted; and X represents a group represented by the formula =NH or =O. The compound has an excellent cell proliferation inhibition activity relying on a Wee1 kinase inhibition activity and an additive/synergistic effect with other anti-cancer agent, and is therefore useful in the medical field.

La présente invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule générale (I), ainsi que d'autres composés. Dans la formule (I), A1 et A2 représentent indépendamment un atome d'azote ou un groupe méthine qui peut être substitué ; le composé cyclique B représente un composé cyclique aliphatique comportant de 5 à 7 chaînons ou un composé cyclique spiro ou bicyclique formé par le composé cyclique aliphatique et un composé cyclique aliphatique comportant de 3 à 7 chaînons, différent du composé cyclique aliphatique susmentionné ; R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle C1-C6 qui peut être substitué ou un groupe aryle, aralkyle ou hétéroaryle qui peut être substitué ; R2 représente un groupe aryle, aralkyle ou hétéroaryle qui peut être substitué ; et X représente un groupe représenté par la formule =NH ou =O. Le composé présente une excellente activité d'inhibition de prolifération virale reposant sur une activité d'inhibition de la kinase Wee1 et sur une synergie additive avec d'autres agents anticancéreux. Le composé s'avère donc utile dans le domaine médical.
