[PROBLEMS] To provide a novel bicycloester derivative having excellent DPP-IV inhibiting activity or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a novel bicycloester derivative of the general formula: (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof (for example, (2S,4S)-1-[[N-(4-ethoxycarbonylbicyclo[2.2.2]oct-1-yl)amino]acetyl]-4- fluoropyrrolidine-2-carbonitrile).
[PROBLÈMES] Fournir un nouveau dérivé de bicycloester qui a une excellente activité inhibitrice de la dipeptylpeptidase IV (DPP-IV) ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de ce dérivé. [MOYEN POUR RÉSOUDRE CES PROBLÈMES] Il est fourni un nouveau dérivé de bicycloester répondant à la formule générale : (1) ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de ce dérivé(par exemple, le (2S,4S)-1-[[N-(4-éthoxycarbonylbicyclo[2.2.2]oct-1-yl)amino]acétyl]-4-fluoropyrrolidine-2-carbonitrile).
