A bifurcated stent (10) comprises a body portion (16), a first branch portion (12), a second branch portion (14), a first pivot portion (28) and a second pivot portion (28) constructed from a common continuous sheet of stent material. The body portion, first branch portion and second branch portion provided with a substantially tubular shape, the tubular shape of each defines a lumen respectively therethrough. The lumen defined by the body portion is in fluid communication with the lumen defined by the first branch portion and the second branch portion. The first branch portion is pivotally engaged to an end of the body portion by the first pivot portion. The second branch portion is pivotally engaged to an end of the body portion by the second pivot portion.
L'invention concerne une endoprothèse bifurquée (10) qui comprend une partie corps (16), une première partie de ramification (12), une deuxième partie de ramification (14), une première partie pivot (28) et une deuxième partie pivot (28) construites à partir d'une feuille continue commune d'un matériau d'endoprothèse. La partie corps et la première et deuxième partie de ramification présentent une forme sensiblement tubulaire qui définit une lumière respective dans chaque partie. La lumière définie par la partie corps est en communication fluidique avec la lumière définie par la première partie de ramification et la deuxième partie de ramification. La première partie de ramification est en contact pivotant avec une extrémité de la partie corps au moyen de la première partie pivot.
