A bike folding and absorbing structure essentially comprises of a head tube, a cross bar, a saddle post, a rear fork, an absorber, a packing unit, and a pivot component, wherein, the cross bar extends from the peripheral of the head tube and connects to the saddle post; a pivot bracket fixed beneath the cross bar and pivoted to one end of the rear fork by means of a pivot axis; insertion openings in the rear fork with the saddle post provided with pivot wings having each provided corresponding hole respectively pivoted to the absorber by the pivot component; and an elastic member is provided to the absorber which is inserted to the insertion openings with the packing unit and positioned between the pivot wings and the rear fork. The positions of said insertion openings in the rear fork and said corresponding hole in pivot wings are exchangeable.
