The invention relates to substituted phenyl alkenoyl guanidines, the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and physiolgically functional derivatives. Compounds of formula (I) are disclosed, wherein the radicals have the meanings thus cited. Also disclosed are the physiologically acceptable salts thereof, physiologically functional derivatives and methods for the production thereof. The inventive compounds are, for instance, suitable for use as medicaments for the prophylaxis or treatment of gall stones.
L'invention concerne des phényl-alcénoylguanidines substituées, leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables et leurs dérivés physiologiquement fonctionnels. On décrit des composés de formule (I), dans laquelle les radicaux ont la signification indiquée dans la description, ainsi que leurs sels physiologiquement tolérables, leurs dérivés physiologiquement fonctionnels et des procédés pour leur production. Ces composés s'utilisent par exemple comme médicaments pour la prophylaxie ou le traitement de calculs biliaires.
