A bill payment and electronic fund transfer intermediation process (BPEFTIP), consisting of at least one computer with software, allowing registered clients, or payees, to receive electronically transferred fund originating from payers using numbers of bill payment services (BILLP) or electronic fund transfer services (EFT); Acting as an intermediate between BILLP (or EFT) and payees, the BPEFTIP: .cndot. Is registered on behalf of its clients, as a payee in BILLP (and EFT); .cndot. Receives fund from payers thru BILLP (or EFT); .cndot. Receives BILLP (or EFT) transactions' detail from BILLP (or EFT); .cndot. Produces EFT instructions to prepare the transfer of fund to payee's bank account; .cndot. Transmits fund transfer instructions to EFT; .cndot. Sorts, segregates and transmits BILLP or EFT transactions' detail to each and every BPEFTIP's client. The BPEFTIP gives access to BILLP (or EFT) to low-volume bill issuers as well as to individuals.
