A binder for holding papers or other objects is described. The binder comprises a window. (5) which enables a user to identify the contents of the binder. The outer surface of the window (50) may be substantially flush with the outer surface of the binder (44). At least one tab (7) may be located behind the window which enables a user to load a label and holds the label such that it is viewable through the window.
