A binder comprising a front and back covers joined by lateral or lateral and corner hinges which use for joining elastic continuous bands. Corner closures are provided. They use for joining the same type of elastic continuous bands. Hollow stems made of plastic bendable material are attached to the back cover and used for inserting pages. The covers can be also provided with elongated openings for hand carrying the binder.
