A binder 10 comprises a base 15 formed with through passages 14 that allow binding legs 13 to pass through respectively, movable members 16 which are mounted on this base 15 and located at positions corresponding to the through passages 14 respectively, and an operating section 17 which connects these movable members 16 to each other and operates the movable members 16. Each movable member 16 is provided so as to open/close the through passage 14 so that, in the state that the through passage 14 is closed, a binding force is given to the binding leg 13. Each movable member 16 is provided movably between a position where each through passage 14 is closed and a position where the same is opened synchronously when the operating section 17 is operated in a predetermined manner.
Cette invention concerne une monture-fermoir (10), pourvue d'une base (15) comportant : une pluralité de passages traversants (14) dans lesquels peut être insérée une pluralité de pattes de fixation (13) ; des éléments mobiles (16) disposés sur ladite base (15) aux emplacements correspondants aux passages traversants (14) ; et un élément d'actionnement (17) servant à actionner les éléments mobiles (16) par le raccordement desdits éléments mobiles (16) les uns aux autres, lesdits éléments mobiles (16) étant disposés de manière à pouvoir ouvrir et fermer les passages traversants et à assurer une tension de fixation aux pattes de fixation (13) en position fermée des passages traversants (14), et pouvant être déplacés simultanément entre les emplacements afin de fermer et d'ouvrir les passages traversants (14) lorsque l'élément d'actionnement (17) est actionné tel que ci-décrit.
