Abstract The invention relates to a binder/charge adhesive and a propellent composition containing this adhesive. The binder/charge adhesive of the present invention makes it possible to improve the bonding between the charges and the polyurethane binder of a propellent compo- sition. This agent is an aminoaziridinylphosphine oxide of general formula: Image in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 are identical or different and denote a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl radical. The present invention finds application particu- larly in the field of the manufacture of solid propellent compositions.
