ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a foldable body such as a binder or the like formed from interior stiffening panels covered on opposing sides by outer sheets of flexible material which are sealed to one another peripherally of each panel for assembly of the body and for forming a tear resistant fold region between the panels. To provide the tear resistant properties the fold region is provided with a pocket of unsealed material on the axis and inwardly of the outer edge seals of the fold region.
