A binder resin solution for coating materials, primers, printing inks, or adhesives which contains a carboxylated chlorinated polyolefin and has satisfactory adhesion to polyolefins and excellent solvent resistance while retaining intact low-temperature flowability and long-term viscosity stability. The binder resin solution composition, which is excellent in low- temperature flowability and long-term viscosity stability, is obtained by dissolving a carboxylated chlorinated polyolefin having a chlorine content of 12 to 26 wt.% in either a mixed solvent comprising an alicyclic hydrocarbon and a polar solvent or a mixed solvent comprising an alicyclic hydrocarbon, a polar solvent, and an aromatic hydrocarbon in a solid concentration of 10 to 40 wt.%.
Cette invention concerne une solution de résine liante destinée à des matériaux de revêtement, des apprêts, des encres d'impression ou des colles, renfermant une polyoléfine carboxylée chlorée, qui adhère de manière satisfaisante aux polyoléfines, présente une remarquable résistance aux solvants tout en conservant intacte son aptitude à l'écoulement à basse température et sa stabilité de la viscosité à long terme. Pour obtenir cette composition de solution de résine liante, qui est remarquable en termes d'écoulement à basse température et de stabilité de la viscosité à long terme, on fait dissoudre une polyoléfine carboxylée chlorée présentant une teneur en chlore de 12 à 26 % en poids soit dans un solvant mélangé comprenant un hydrocarbure alicyclique et un solvant polaire, soit dans un solvant mélangé comprenant un hydrocarbure alicyclique, un solvant polaire et un hydrocarbure aromatique en concentration solide de 10 à 40 % en poids.
