1. Binding-agent composition for coating agents. 2.1. A binding-agent composition is to be provided for coating agents which can be cured at low temperature. 2.2. The binding agent composition contains A. 4 - 72% by weight of an acidic CH-compound, obtained by transesterification of an aliphatic .beta.-ketocarboxylic acid ester with one or several monomers and/or polymers containing hydroxyl groups and which contain at least two hydroxyl groups in the molecule, B. 4 - 72% by weight of an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated compound with at least two groups of the general formula R1R2C=CR3-CO- attached via the residue of a divalent or polyvalent alcohol, a diamine or polyamine or amino alcohol to at least one additional R1R2C=CR3-CO- group, where R1, R2 and R3 independently of each other are a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched alkyl residue with 1 to 10 carbon atoms, C. 10 - 80% by weight of one or several polyamines with, by way of curing agents, at least two amine functions, which can be primary and/or secondary and can be blocked, in the molecule, and D. 0.01 - 5% by weight, relative to the sum of the weights of components A), B) and C), of a catalyst in the form of a Lewis or Bronstedt base, whereby the conjugated acids of the latter have a pKA-value of at least l0. 2.3. Production of multi-layer lacquer coatings in the automobile industry.

La composition d'agent liant contient A. 4 - 72 % en poids d'un composé hydrocarboné acide, obtenu par transestérification d'un ester bêta-cétocarboxylique aliphatique avec un ou plusieurs monomères et/ou polymères contenant des groupes hydroxyle et dont la molécule contient au moins deux groupes hydroxyle, B. 4 - 72 % en poids d'un composé alpha,bêta insaturé portant au moins deux groupes de formule générale R1R2C=CR3-CO- attachés par l'intermédiaire du résidu d'un alcool divalent ou polyvalent, d'une diamine ou polyamine ou d'un amino-alcool à au moins un groupe R1R2C=CR3-CO- additionnel, où R1, R2 et R3 sont, indépendamment les uns des autres, un atome d'hydrogène ou un résidu alkyle linéaire ou ramifié de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, C. 10 - 80 % en poids d'une ou de plusieurs polyamines dont la molécule contient, comme agents de durcissement, au moins deux fonctions amine, qui peuvent être primaires et/ou secondaires et qui peuvent être bloquées, et D. 0,01 - 5 % en poids, par rapport à la somme des poids des constituants A), B) et C), d'un catalyseur sous forme de base de Lewis ou de Bronstedt, où les acides conjugués du dernier ont une valeur de pKA d'au moins 10. 2.3. Production de revêtements multicouches de vernis-laque pour l'industrie automobile.
