The invention relates to a binding agent for producing shaped bodies and to shaped bodies produced by using said binding agent which is provided with a content of A) a polymer of 0 to 50 wt. % of at least one ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, the anhydrides thereof and/or the salts thereof and 50 to 100 wt. % of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, B) at least one armine that can contain less than two OH groups and is present in an amount so that the pH value of the binding agent ranges from 2 to 7, C) 0.5 to 30 wt. % in relation to solid bodies (A+B) of a cross-linking agent on epoxide or acrylate resin basis and optionally and additionally one polyol with at least two OH groups in an amount of up to 20 wt. % in relation to solid bodies. The shaped bodies that are produced by using said binding agent can be produced in lower temperatures and involving shorter production times and are provided with an improved hygrostability.
La présente invention concerne un liant utilisé pour la production de corps moulés, ainsi que les corps moulés produits par utilisation dudit liant. Ledit liant comprend : A) un polymère, constitué de 0 à 50 % en poids d'au moins un acide dicarboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé, de ses anhydrides et/ou de ses sels, et de 50 à 100 % en poids d'au moins d'un acide monocarboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé, B) au moins une amine, qui peut contenir moins de deux groupes OH, dans une quantité permettant de placer le pH du liant dans une plage allant de 2 à 7, C) 0,5 à 30 % en poids, par rapport au corps solide (A+B), d'un agent de réticulation à base de résine époxy ou acrylate, ainsi qu'éventuellement un polyol, présentant au moins deux groupes OH, dans une quantité allant jusqu'à 20 % en poids, par rapport au corps solide. Les corps moulés produits par utilisation dudit liant peuvent être produits à basses températures, dans des temps de production courts et présentent une résistance à l'eau améliorée.
