Disclosed is a bio-adhesive composition for dermic use in therapeutic and/or cosmetic treatment, in the form of a gel, cream, paste or aqueous dispersion, which composition comprises a) 1-N-[L(-)-4-amino-2-hydroxybutyryl]kanamycin A sulphate (Amikacin sulphate), in a therapeutically effective amount, and b) a vehicle or support comprising about 5 to 30% by weight of sucralfate humid gel, based on the total weight of the bio- adhesive composition, the sucralfate humid gel having an average particle diameter of less than 6 microns, a specific surface of at least 200 m2/g and a water content of between 20 and 85% by weight, as determined when the sucralfate humid gel is in a powdery solid state prior to being combined with the 1-N-[L(-)-4- amino-2-hydroxy-butyryl]kanamycin A sulphate.
