A bioactive Factor produced, separated and isolated from either an aloe vera leaf or a product derived and processed from an aloe leaf, such as raw aloe vera gel, freeze-dried aloe vera gel extract, bulk acetylated mannan and bulk pharmaceutical mannan, utilizing different sizing processes, their processes or preparations, and their uses. The process of sizing can be accomplished by centrifugation, filtration, ultrafiltration, chromatography, dialysis, selective precipitation, pH adjustment, irradiation, homogenizing, or a combination of such processes. Compounding or mixing two or more different bioactive Factors from aloe at various concentration ratios, each Factor with its own specific bioactivity or bioactivities, to obtain a new bioactive Factor having desired optimal additive or synergistic effects.
Cette invention concerne un facteur bioactif, lequel est produit, séparé et isolé par différents processus d'apprêtage à partir d'une feuille d'aloès vulgaire ou d'un produit traité et dérivé de feuille d'aloès, tel que du gel brut d'aloès vulgaire, de l'extrait de gel d'aloès vulgaire lyophilisé, du mannane brut acétylé ou du mannane brut pharmaceutique. Cette invention concerne également les traitements ou préparations de ces produits, ainsi que leur utilisation. Ces processus d'apprêtage peuvent être effectués par traitement centrifuge, filtration, ultrafiltration, chromatographie, dialyse, précipitation sélective, ajustement du pH, irradiation, homogénéisation, ou encore par une combinaison de ces processus. Cette invention consiste ensuite à incorporer ou mélanger au moins deux facteurs bioactifs différents issus de l'aloès selon des rapports de concentration divers, chaque facteur possédant sa ou ses caractéristiques bioactives spécifiques, et ceci de manière à obtenir un nouveau facteur bioactif possédant les effets synergiques ou complémentaires optimaux voulus.
