The invention is in the field of biologically active compounds such as taxol- 2'-adipate derivatives, derivatives of bergenin and erythromycin derivatives. Taxol-2'-adipate derivatives have anti-cancer activity analogous to taxol. Bergenin derivatives have angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting activity, and are therefore useful in the treatment of hypertension. Erythromycin derivatives are useful as antibiotics.

L'invention concerne des composés biologiquement actifs, tels que des dérivés taxol-2'-adipate, des dérivés de bergénol et des dérivés érythromycine. Les dérivés taxol-2'-adipate ont une activité anticancéreuse analogue au taxol. Les dérivés de bergénol ont une activité inhibitrice de l'enzyme de conversion de l'angiotensine, et peuvent donc être utilisés dans le traitement de l'hypertension. Les dérivés érythromycine peuvent être utilisés sous la forme d'antibiotiques.
