The invention concerns a biochip reading device (10) comprising a plurality of molecular recognition zones and a plurality of optical positioning markers, associated with the recognition zones, the device comprising: an optical head (20) capable of projecting on the biochip an excitation light; means (14) and/or (24) for relative displacement of said head and said biochip; an optical analysis system (40), associated with the optical head for receiving a light capable of being derived from the recognition zones; an optical positioning system (60), associated with the optical head for receiving a light capable of being derived from at least one guide track and/or one positioning marker; and means (70) for automatically controlling the optical head scanning. The invention is applicable to biological and chemical analysis.
Dispositif de lecture d'une biopuce (10) comportant une pluralité de zones de reconnaissance moléculaire et une pluralité de repères optiques de positionnement, associés aux zones de reconnaissance, le dispositif comportant: une tête optique (20) apte à projeter sur la biopuce une lumière d'excitation; des moyens (14) et/ou (24) de déplacement relatif de ladite tête et ladite biopuce; un système optique (40) d'analyse, associé à la tête optique pour recevoir une lumière susceptible de provenir des zones de reconnaissance; un système optique (60) de positionnement, associé à la tête optique pour recevoir une lumière susceptible de provenir d'au moins une piste de guidage et/ou un repère de positionnement, et des moyens (70) d'asservissement du balayage de la tête optique. Applications à l'analyse biologique et chimique.
