The invention relates to medical products comprising at least one biocompatible biostable polysulfone coating. Said polysulfone coating makes it possible, via the admixture of an adequate quantity of at least one hydrophilic polymer, to control the elution kinetics of the at least one antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, antiphlogistic, and/or antithrombogenic agent that is introduced and/or applied while allowing different agents or agent concentrations to be spatially separated with the aid of the layer system of biostable polymers. Also disclosed are a method for producing said medical products and the use thereof particularly in the form of stents for preventing restenosis.

L'invention concerne des produits médicaux comprenant au moins un revêtement biocompatible, biostable de polysulfone, au moyen desquels, via l'incorporation d'au moins un polymère hydrophile en une quantité appropriée, il est possible de contrôler la cinétique d'élution d'au moins un agent antiproliférant, anti-inflammatoire, antiphlogistique et/ou antithrombogénique qui est introduit et/ou appliqué, tout en permettant que différentes susbtances actives ou concentrations de substances actives puissent être séparées spatialement, au moyen du système multicouche de polymères biostables. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production desdits produits médicaux, ainsi que leur utilisation, en particulier sous forme de stents pour la prévention de la resténose.
