ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A soft flexible polymeric biocompatible device is provided for non-cardiovascular reconstruction, augmentation, or indwelling tissue expansion. The polymeric implant has a three dimensional textured polymer membrane surface of controlled porosity and thickness with randomly distributed interconnecting cells having cell sizes of about 90-500 microns.
