The invention relates to a biodegradable polymeric composite material for the production of microcapsules containing any type of substances, e.g. foodstuffs, medicine and immunogens or technical materials such as oils, colorants, enzymes and the like. According to the invention, a polymeric composition of general formula R1n-P1-(Q-P2)i-R2m is provided, wherein P1 and P2 represent the same or different macromolecular structures; R1 and R2 represent the same or different end groups or protective groups or receptor molecule or marker; i, n and m are natural numbers and can individually be zero or one and Q represents an at least bifunctional structure with hydrophilic properties derived from the polyols, polyamides and polyesters, wherein the composition has an enzymatic recognition site and/or interface for splitting the bonds between substructures R, P and/or inside Q.

L'invention concerne des matériaux composites biodégradables utilisés pour la fabrication de microcapsules contenant des substances quelconques, telles que des aliments, des médicaments et des immunogènes ou pour la fabrication de matériaux à utilité technologique, tels que les huiles, les colorants, les enzymes et matériaux analogues. Selon l'invention, ils sont d'une composition polymère de formule générale R?1¿¿n?-P?1¿-(Q-P?2¿)¿i?-R?2¿¿m?, où: P?1¿ et P?2¿ représentent des structures macromoléculaires identiques ou différentes; R?1¿ et R?2¿ représentent des groupes terminaux ou des groupes de protection, ou des molécules réceptrices ou des marqueurs, identiques ou différents; i, n et m sont des nombres naturels pouvant avoir individuellement la valeur zéro ou un; et Q représente une structure au moins bifonctionnelle ayant des propriétés hydrophiles, dérivée des polyols, des polyamides et des polyesters. La composition présente un site enzymatique de reconnaissance et/ou d'interface permettant la rupture des liaisons entre les sous-structures R, P et/ou à l'intérieur de la structure Q.
