PRECIS DE DIVULGATION La présente inventon a pour objet un vecteur particulaire biodégradable, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : un noyau constitue d'une matrice plysaccharidique ou oligosaccharidique réticulée, sur laquelle sont greffés les ligands ioniques, une première couche lipidique semi-perméable, liée au noyau par des liaisons covalentes, une seconde couche de composés amphiphiles, liée à la première couche lipidique par des interactions hydrophobes. Elle se rapporte également à un procédé permettant la synthèse d'un tel vecteur.
