Biodegradable single-phase cohesive hydrogel characterized in that it comprises a homogeneous blend of x polymers, which may be identical or different, crosslinked prior to the interpenetration thereof by mixing in the form of a single-phase hydrogel, wherein said crosslinked polymers are insoluble in water and miscible with one another, and x is between 2 and 5. In one embodiment, the hydrogel according to the invention is characterized in that the x polymers have identical or different degrees of crosslinking, at least one of the x polymers having a degree of crosslinking x1 and at least one of the x polymers having a degree of crosslinking x2, with x1 being greater than or equal to x2. The invention also relates to the method for obtaining a hydrogel according to the invention and to the uses thereof, for example for the formulation of a viscosupplementation composition or of a composition for filling wrinkles.

Hydrogel cohésif monophasique biodégradable caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un mélange homogène de x po-lymères, identiques ou différents, réticulés préalablement à leur interpénétration par mélange sous forme d'hydrogel monophasique, lesdits polymères réticulés étant insolubles dans l'eau et miscibles entre eux, et x étant compris entre 2 et 5. Dans un mode de réalisa-tion, l'hydrogel selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les x polymères présentent des taux de réticulation identiques ou différents, au moins l'un des x polymères présentant un taux de réticulation x1 et au moins un des x polymères présentant un taux de réticulation x2, x1 étant supérieur ou égal à x2. L'invention concerne également le procédé d'obtention d'un hydrogel selon l'invention et ses utilisations, par exemple pour la formulation d'une composition de viscosupplémentation ou d'une composition pour le comblement des rides.
