A process for the preparation of a biogasoline component comprising: (I) obtaining at least one biooil and, if necessary, liquefying the biooil component; (II) adding the bio-oil in liquid form to a FCC unit along with at least one mineral oil; (III) cracking the components added to the FCC unit to form at least a bio-LPG fraction and a bio-naphtha fraction; (IV) alkylating or catalytically polymerising at least part of the bio-LPG fraction; and (V) combining at least a part of the product of step (IV) with at least a part of the bio-naphtha fraction to form a bio-gasoline component.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un composant de bio- essence comprenant les opérations consistant à : (I) obtenir au moins une bio-huile et, si nécessaire, liquéfier le composant de bio-huile ; (II) ajouter la bio-huile sous forme liquide à une unité de craquage catalytique en lit fluidisé (unité FCC) conjointement avec au moins une huile minérale ; (III) effectuer le craquage des composants ajoutés à l'unité FCC afin de former au moins une fraction de bio-gaz de pétrole liquéfiés (bio-LPG) et une fraction de bio-naphtha ; (IV) alkyler ou polymériser par voie catalytique au moins une partie de la fraction bio-LPG ; et (V) combiner au moins une partie du produit de l'étape (IV) avec au moins une partie de la fraction de bio-naphtha pour former un composant de bio-essence.
