The present invention provides a microfistula tube including a soluble duct, defining a drainage canal having an inner surface, the duct being biocompatible, wherein the microfistula tube is coated with and/or incorporates biological cells for forming a basement membrane, or an intracellular matrix and a basement membrane. The biological cells may coat the inner surface of the drainage canal, and the microfistula tube may be made of a mouldable material or an absorbable material. The invention also provides an implantation system for the microfistula tube including a microfistula tube and a surgical instrument including an outer tube for penetrating body tissue, an inner tube, and an innermost rod, wherein the outer tube, the inner tube and the innermost rod are coaxial, the outer tube is adapted to receive said microfistula tube, whereby the inner tube may be used to push the microfistula tube into position and the innermost rod provides mechanical support during implantation of the microfistula tube.

Cette invention a trait à un tube à microfistule comportant un conduit soluble, définissant un canal de drainage possédant une surface interne, ce conduit étant biocompatible. Le tube est revêtu de cellules biologiques, ce qui autorise la formation d'une membrane basale ou d'une matrice intracellulaire et d'une membrane basale, lesdites cellules biologiques pouvant également être incorporées à ce tube. Ces cellules peuvent revêtir la surface interne du canal de drainage tandis que le tube à microfistule peut être fait d'un matériau moulable ou résorbable. L'invention concerne, de surcroît, un système d'implantation de tube à microfistule comportant un tube à microfistule et un instrument chirurgical possédant un tube externe, permettant de pénétrer dans les tissus organiques, un tube interne et une tige centrale. Ces trois éléments sont coaxiaux, le tube externe étant conçu pour recevoir ledit tube à microfistule, le tube interne pouvant être utilisé pour pousser le tube à microfistule et le mettre en position d'agir et la tige centrale assurant un support mécanique durant l'implantation du tube à microfistule.
