The invention concerns a method for biological sampling using a suction-delivery apparatus, such as a pipette, whether manual or automatic, integrated or not in an automaton. The invention also concerns a method for detecting a biological sample and/or a solid free surface, a sampling apparatus, such as a pipette, and an apparatus for detecting a biological sample and/or a solid free surface. Said method consists in: actuating means generating a pressure variation or an air flow inside the apparatus; positioning said suction-delivery apparatus lower free end such that it is flush with the biological sample free surface; measuring excess pressure in the suction-delivery apparatus, resulting from said apparatus lower free end being flush with the biological sample free surface; and in drawing an amount of said sample by suction using the apparatus. The invention is particularly applicable to automatic analysers.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de prélèvement d'un échantillon biologique par l'intermédiaire d'un appareil d'aspiration-refoulement, tel qu'une pipette, manuel ou automatique, incorporé ou non à un automate. Elle concerne également un procédé de détection de la surface libre d'un échantillon biologique et/ou d'un solide, un appareil de prélèvement d'un échantillon, tel qu'une pipette, et un appareil de détection de la surface libre d'un échantillon biologique ou d'un solide. Ce procédé consiste: à actionner un moyen engendrant une variation de pression ou un flux d'air au sein de l'appareil, à positionner l'extrémité inférieure libre dudit appareil d'aspiration-refoulement de manière à ce qu'elle affleure la surface libre de l'échantillon biologique, à mesurer une surpression au sein de l'appareil d'aspiration-refoulement, due à l'affleurement de l'extrémité inférieure libre dudit appareil à la surface libre de l'échantillon biologique, et, à prélever une quantité dudit échantillon par aspiration au moyen de l'appareil. L'invention trouve une application préférentielle dans le domaine des analyseurs automatiques.
