La présente invention a pour objet un support biologique pour cultures cellulaires constitué du mélange coagulé d'un concentré de protéines plasmatiques et de thrombine. Le concentré de protéines est obtenu par précipitation de plasma frais à l'éthanol et contient des proportions équilibrées de fibrinogène, de Facteur XIII et de fibronectine. La concentration en thrombine est ajustée pour obtenir la consistance voulue du support coagulé sous forme de film. Le support biologique est particulièrement adapté à la culture des kératinocytes, leur récupération sous forme de tissu reconstitué et le transport de celui-ci. Le tissu reconstitué peut avantageusement être utilisé comme greffons.
