Biologically active composition based on an L2-phase of a specific monoglyceride, a specific triglyceride and a specific polar liquid, a cyclosporine being dissolved or dispersed in said L2-phase as the biologically active substance. A process for the preparation of said composition, wherein the cyclosporine is added to the L2-phase before, during or after the formation of the same. Use of said L2-phase for the encapsulating of a cyclosporine for the manufacture of an orally administrable preparation for use as an immunosuppressive agent.
Composition biologiquement active comprenant une phase L2 d'un monoglycéride spécifique, d'un triglycéride spécifique et d'un liquide polaire spécifique, et une cyclosporine dissoute ou dispersée dans ladite phase L2 en tant que substance biologiquement active. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de préparation de la composition, selon lequel la cyclosporine est ajoutée avant, pendant, ou après la formation de la phase L2, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de ladite phase L2 pour encapsuler une cyclosporine et pour produire une préparation pouvant être administrée par voie orale et destinée à être utilisée comme agent immunodépresseur.
