The aim of the invention is to produce biological active substances which can be introduced into cells both in vitro andin vivo and controllably inhibit gene expression exclusively in the desired target cells without influencing protein formation in other cells of the organism. Said aim is achieved by active substances (1) comprising at least one covalent bond to one or more peptides (2, 3), each of which has one or more specific amino acid sequences that are selected in respect of enzymes typical of the target cells. Said bond, which is broken exclusively by said enzymes typical of the target cells in order to biologically activate the active substance, allows the molecules to remain biologically inactive in cells other than the target cells. Said molecules are used for influencing gene expression of preferably sick and infected organs or cells, for example.

L'invention a pour but de produire des substances biologiquement actives qui peuvent être introduites dans des cellules aussi bien in vitro que in vivo, et qui inhibent de façon contrôlable l'expression génique, exclusivement dans les cellules cibles souhaitées, sans influencer la formation de protéines dans d'autres cellules de l'organisme. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que les substances actives (1) présentent au moins une liaison covalente avec un ou plusieurs peptides (2, 3) qui présentent, respectivement, une ou plusieurs séquences aminoacides spécifiques sélectionnées à partir d'enzymes typiques de cellules cibles. Grâce à ladite liaison qui est rompue exclusivement par lesdites enzymes typiques des cellules cibles en vue d'activer biologiquement la substance active, les molécules demeurent biologiquement inactives dans des cellules autres que les cellules cibles. Lesdites molécules trouvent une application, par exemple, pour influencer l'expression génique d'organes ou de cellules, de préférence, malades ou infectés.
