Biomarkers that are diagnostic of type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and/or diabetic disorder are identified. Detection of different biomarkers of the invention are also diagnostic of the degree of severity of type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and/or diabetic disorder. An analysis includes the parameters of matching for BMI and Tanner stage. Receiver-operator characteristic (ROC) curves were established to assess association of the biomarkers with a disease.
L'invention concerne l'identification des biomarqueurs permettant de diagnostiquer des diabètes de type 1, des diabètes de type 2 et/ou des troubles diabétiques. La détection des divers biomarqueurs selon l'invention permet également de diagnostiquer la gravité des diabètes de type 1, des diabètes de type 2 et/ou des troubles diabétiques. Une analyse comprend les paramètres d'appariement du BMI et du stade de Tanner. Des courbes caractéristiques opérationnelles du récepteur (ROC) ont été établies, de manière à évaluer l'association des biomarqueurs avec une maladie.
