Certains sont dj contrls par ordinateurs et accds, aprs authentification de la personne, via claviers numriques, crans tactiles ou billets encods. Dans la prsente invention, les compartiments sont accds via une interface biomtrique, i.e. une lecture d'une caractristique physique personnelle et unique (empreintes digitales). De telles interfaces permettent un usager d'utiliser un compartiment (ouverture et fermeture) en glissant son doigt sur un lecteur biomtrique.
