The present invention relates to methods for monitoring interactions between target-molecules and at least one analyte comprising: (a) contacting a plurality of target-molecules, said target-molecules being immobilized on a porous substrate, with a sample, said sample comprising at least one analyte; (b) incubating said target-molecules with said sample under conditions supporting target-molecule/analyte interaction; (c) monitoring said interaction as defined in step (b), said monitoring being in function of time of incubation as defined in step (b); (d) optionally determining at least one interaction parameter; (e) varying said conditions as defined in step (b) by varying a reaction parameter; and; repeating, at least once, steps (c) to (e). The present invention further relates to the uses of said methods as well as to the use of a porous substrate for the preparation of a microarray kit for carrying out said methods.

L'invention concerne des procédés de surveillance des interactions entre des molécules cibles et au moins un analyte comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) mettre en contact une pluralité de molécules cibles, ces dernières étant immobilisées sur un substrat poreux, avec un échantillon comprenant au moins un analyte ; (b) laisser incuber lesdites molécules cibles avec ledit échantillon dans des conditions supportant l'interaction molécules-cibles/ analyte ; (c) surveiller ladite interaction telle que définie dans l'étape (b), ladite surveillance étant réalisée en fonction du temps d'incubation tel que défini dans l'étape (b) ; (d) déterminer éventuellement au moins un paramètre d'interaction ; (e) faire varier les conditions telles que définies dans l'étape (b) par variation d'un paramètre de réaction ; et répéter au moins une fois les étapes (c) à (e). L'invention concerne, de plus, les utilisations desdits procédés ainsi que l'utilisation d'un substrat poreux pour la préparation d'un kit de microréseau destiné à réaliser lesdits procédés.
