It was found that nucleic acids or proteins can be effectively differentiated and identified, without being particularly restricted by the number of types of those nucleic acids or proteins, by binding them to a large scale integrated circuit (LSI) which is externally writable and readable without contact, and recording the nucleic acid or protein information on the LSI.
