The invention concerns a bioreactor for the cell-treatment of fluids. The bioreactor comprises a component defining a chamber in which are disposed fluid-treatment cells, a liquid-permeable membrane which separates the chamber from a first channel in which the fluid to be treated flows, and a gas-permeable membrane separating the chamber from a second channel in which an oxygenous gas flows. The chamber comprises two cell layers separated by a permeable layer.

L'invention concerne un bioréacteur pour le traitement d'un fluide par des cellules. Ledit bioréacteur comporte un élément définissant une chambre dans laquelle sont situées des cellules pour le traitement du fluide, une membrane perméable aux liquides séparant ladite chambre d'un premier canal dans lequel s'écoule le fluide à traiter et une membrane perméable aux gaz séparant ladite chambre d'un second canal dans lequel s'écoule un gaz contenant de l'oxygène. La chambre contient deux couches de cellules séparées entre elles par une couche perméable.
