Bioresorbable three-dimensional prosthetic knits include a first porous face and a second porous face, the first face and the second face each containing yarns made of materials which undergo slow bioresorption and being oppo-site and separated from one another by the thickness of the knit and being connected to one another by a spacer. The spacer includes yarns made of materials which undergo slow bioresorption and yarns made of material which undergoes rapid bioresorption.
