ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The addition of certain polyoxyethylene surfac- tants to biostimulating compositions for plants, containing cysteine or homologouses or reaction products thereof with aldehydes or derivatives of such products such as thia- zolidine-4-carboxylic acid and N-acetyl-thiazolidine-4- carboxylic acid, and pholic acid, imparts to the compositions and improved biostimulating activity which promotes the growth of the plants and the harvest yield.
