A bird feeder includes a housing having an interior cavity, a first end and a second end. A lamp is disposed in the interior cavity at the first end of the housing, whereby the interior cavity of the housing is heated. A reservoir is provided within the interior cavity at the second end of the housing. At least one access aperture extends through the housing adjacent the second end, whereby birds can access the contents of the reservoir. At least one bird perch is secured to the housing adjacent the at least one access aperture, whereby birds can perch while accessing the contents of the reservoir through the at least one access aperture.
