ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tetrazole derivative of general formula (I) Image (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein X is Image or Image where R is hydrogen, halo or lower alkoxy and R1 and R2 are, independently, hydrogen cyano, trifluoromethyl, halo, nitro, lower alkanoyl, lower alkoxy or carbamoyl. The tetrozole derivative is useful as a pharmaceutical having anti-allergic activity and, in particular, relieving atopic allergic mani- festation.
