A bisboron compound represented by the general formula (I): (I) (wherein B represents boron; Y represents oxygen or sulfur; R1 and R2 each independently represents a monocyclic aromatic group, a polycyclic aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom selected among oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfur; R3 represents hydrogen, -(CH2)m-NR4R5, -CO-(CH2)m-NR4R5, -COCH(NH2)R6, -CHR7R8, -CH2CH(NH2)-R9, (C1-4 alkyl)quinolyl, or C1-4 alkyl substituted by pyridyl, piperidino, or pyrrolidinyl; X represents a monocyclic aromatic group, polycyclic aromatic group, or heterocyclic group which is the same as or different from R1 and R2, or represents a bifunctional group comprising any two of a monocyclic aromatic group, polycyclic aromatic group, and heterocyclic group bonded through a member selected from the group consisting of a single bond, O, CH2, S, SO2, CH2OCH2, OCH2, OCH2CH2OCH2, OCH2OCH2CH2, and CH2OCH2CH2) or a salt of the compound. Also provided is a composition for controlling the calcium concentration in cells which contains the compound or salt as an active ingredient.
Composé de dibore représenté par la formule générale (I) : (I) (dans laquelle B représente le bore ; Y représente l'oxygène ou le soufre ; R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe aromatique monocyclique, un groupe aromatique polycyclique, ou un groupe hétérocyclique contenant au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l'oxygène, l'azote et le soufre ; R3 représente l'hydrogène, un radical -(CH2)m-NR4R5, -CO-(CH2)m-NR4R5, -COCH(NH2)R6, -CHR7R8, -CH2CH(NH2)-R9, (alkyle en C1-C4)quinoléyle, ou alkyle en C1-C4 substitué par un radical pyridyle, pipéridino ou pyrrolidinyle ; X représente un groupe aromatique monocyclique, un groupe aromatique polycyclique ou un groupe hétérocyclique qui est identique ou différent de R1 et R2 ou représente un groupe bifonctionnel comprenant deux groupes quelconques parmi un groupe aromatique monocyclique, un groupe aromatique polycyclique et un groupe hétérocyclique reliés par un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par une liaison simple, O, CH2, S, SO2, CH2OCH2, OCH2, OCH2CH2OCH2, OCH2OCH2CH2, et CH2OCH2CH2), ou un sel de ce composé. L'invention concerne également une composition, destinée à réguler la concentration en calcium dans des cellules, qui contient le composé ou son sel en tant que principe actif.
