The present invention provides a method for the selection of bispecific single chain antibodies comprising a first binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of CD3 and a second binding domain capable of binding to the extracellular domain cell surface antigens with a high molecular weight extracellular domain. Moreover, the invention provides bispecific single chain antibodies produced by the use of the method of the invention, nucleic acid molecules encoding these antibodies, vectors comprising such nucleic acid molecules and methods for the production of the antibodies. Furthermore, the invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising bispecific single chain antibodies of the invention, medical uses of the same and methods for the treatment of diseases comprising the administration of bispecific single chain antibodies of the invention.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de sélection d'anticorps monocaténaires bispécifiques comprenant: un premier domaine de liaison pouvant s'attacher à un épitope de CD3; et un second domaine de liaison pouvant s'attacher à des antigènes de surface de domaine extracellulaire avec un domaine extracellulaire de masse moléculaire élevée. Linvention concerne également des anticorps monocaténaires bispécifiques produits par la méthode de l'invention, des acides nucléiques codant ces anticorps, des vecteurs comprenant de telles molécules d'acides nucléiques, et des méthodes de production de ces anticorps. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les anticorps monocaténaires bispécifiques, leurs utilisations dans le domaine médical, et des méthodes de traitement de maladies comprenant l'administration d'anticorps monocaténaires bispécifiques de l'invention.
