The invention concerns a fabrication method of a bituminous emulsion, consisting in the use of a primary bitumen emulsion, possibly diluted, characterized by a median diameter of less than 2 µm, as aqueous phase of a secondary bitumen emulsion characterized by a median diameter of more than 2 µm, wherein the final emulsion thus obtained is characterized by a bitumen content of 50% to 95% by weight, a STV viscosity at 40 C through the 4 mm orifice of less than 300 s and a settling tendency of less than 10% as determined by means of assay EN 12847.
L´invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d´une émulsion bitumineuse consistant à utiliser une émulsion primaire de bitume, éventuellement diluée, caractérisée par un diamètre médian inférieur à 2 µm, comme la phase aqueuse d´une émulsion secondaire de bitume, caractérisée par un diamètre médian supérieur à 2 µm, l´émulsion finale ainsi obtenue étant caractérisée par une teneur en bitume de 50 % à 95 % massique, une viscosité STV à 40ºC par l´orifice de 4 mm inférieure à 300 s et une tendance à la décantation mesurée par l´essai EN 12847 inférieure à 10 %.
